GWM South Africa has introduced the new P300 SX, a model developed with the budget-conscious fleet manager in mind. This practical addition to the P300 line-up, available in both Double Cab and Single Cab body styles, is built to handle the demands of business use while keeping a close eye on operating costs.
According to Floyd Ramabulana, Head of Marketing at GWM South Africa: "The P300 SX was built to take the pressure off fleet managers. It delivers all the core strengths that businesses need: durability, load capability and aftersales support without compromising on comfort or versatility."

Power comes from a 2,0-litre turbo-diesel engine that produces 120 kW and 400 Nm of torque. This is paired with a choice of a 6-speed manual or an 8-speed automatic transmission. With a braked towing capacity of 2 250 kg, it is a capable partner for sectors such as logistics, construction and agriculture.
The vehicle is equipped with features that enhance both its practicality and driver comfort. These include 17-inch alloy wheels, front and rear fog lamps and a manual air-conditioner. For connectivity, Bluetooth is standard. Safety is addressed with a Traction Control System (TCS), dual front and side crash bags and rear parking sensors. Cruise control is also included for longer journeys.

The P300 SX is further supported by GWM’s extensive dealer network, which helps to ensure lower downtime and a predictable cost of ownership. This is backed by a comprehensive ownership package that includes a 7-Year/200 000 km comprehensive and transferable warranty, 7-year roadside assistance and a 7-Year/75 000 km service plan with service intervals set at 12 months or 15 000 km.
