Transformation & Listing: 1996
1996: Super Group listed on the Johannesburg Stock Exchange (JSE), marking a significant turning point in its evolution into a diversified, public holding company.
During this period, the group pursued vertical integration strategies, expanding into dealership networks, vehicle rental, and fleet management.
Strategic Diversification: 2000s–2010s
