Sans fanfare, Mercedes-Benz South Africa has eased the GLA Night Edition into the ranks, this model pesented in Alpine Grey paintwork, a finish specific to this edition.
It is further distinguished by its exclusive AMG alloy wheels. A comprehensive Night Package adds gloss-black details to the mirror housings, window surrounds, roof rails and completing the exterior are standard LED headlamps and LED tail lamps integrated into a rear diffuser design.

The interior architecture incorporates a freestanding dual-screen display, with a 10,25-inch central screen running the latest MBUX interface. Three circular air vents with a turbine design, a compact Nappa leather steering wheel and a redesigned centre console complete the cockpit environment.
For performance, the GLA 200 Night Edition is equipped with an engine delivering 120 kW and 270 Nm of torque, suited to both city and open-road driving. The ownership package is strengthened by a number of standard features, including a Parking Package with a reversing camera, seats with lumbar support and a Mirror Package.

The GLA 200 Night Edition is priced from R972 387, which includes VAT and a 5-year/100 000 km Premium Drive Comfort Care service and maintenance plan. A tailored finance offer is available from R10 799 per month.
This finance offer is calculated on a GLA 200 with the Advanced Plus Package and Digital Extras, a trailer coupling and at an interest rate linked to the current MBFS Prime Lending Rate of 9,25% over a 48-month period.
The calculation assumes a 10% deposit and includes a Guaranteed Future Value of 63,08% based on 20 000 km a year. A monthly service fee of R69 and an initiation fee of R1 207,50, both including VAT, apply separately to the monthly instalment.
The total repayment amount would be R1 114 533. This offer includes the service and maintenance plan, is valid until March 31, subject to credit approval, vehicle availability and no change in the prime lending rate or total retail price.
