The Terron 9 will be offered in Premium and Flagship variants. Standard features across both models include eight-way electric heated and ventilated seats with massage function, a panoramic sunroof, ambient interior lighting, a heated steering wheel and front and rear differential locks.
Power comes from a 2,5-litre turbo-diesel engine. The Terron 9 Premium 4x4 8AT carries a recommended price of R779 900, while the Flagship 4x4 8AT is priced at R849 900.
The seven-seat D90 will be available in a single, fully equipped Flagship specification. It is powered by a 2,0-litre bi-turbo diesel engine and includes three independent differential locks, an eight-way electric front seat system, ambient lighting, a 220-volt power socket, dual wireless charging pads, a 12,3-inch infotainment system and an integrated dash camera.
“The LDV D90 brings together power and luxury. It is positioned to be a compelling option for families,” Barker added. The D90 Flagship 4x4 8AT is priced at R899 900.
The launch of these two models represents a significant expansion of LDV's portfolio in the local bakkie and SUV segments.
