Mazda Southern Africa has launched a new after-sales service package aimed at owners of vehicles no longer under warranty or being serviced outside of the official dealer network.

Called the Mazda Care Signature Service Package, it is designed to provide continued maintenance with genuine parts. The package covers an all-round service performed by Mazda-trained technicians and includes a full set of Genuine Mazda Parts, such as engine oil, oil and air filters, a sump washer, and other model-specific items.

Deolinda Da Costa, Head of Marketing at Mazda Southern Africa, said the package was an invitation for owners to return to the dealer network. “With the Signature Service Package, we’re showing that after-sales care can be personal, thoughtful and maintain a high standard — just like the vehicles we build,” she said.

The offer applies to certain Mazda models sold between 2014 and 2018. These include the Mazda2 1.5 petrol (DJ), Mazda CX-3 2.0 petrol (DK), Mazda3 1.6 and 2.0 petrol (BM & BN), and the Mazda CX-5 in 2.0, 2.5 petrol and 2.2 diesel variants (KE & KF). Pricing depends on the model and is available through participating dealerships.

Interested owners are advised to contact their nearest Mazda dealership to confirm eligibility and obtain exact pricing.
