M Sport suspension is standard in four-cylinder models, enhancing agility and cornering dynamics with firm suspension and stroke-dependent shock absorbers, complemented by variable sport steering. The BMW M240i xDrive Coupé is optionally available with Adaptive M Chassis and variable sport steering, featuring electronically controlled shock absorbers with three characteristic maps. It comes standard with an M sport differential and M sport brake system, also available as an option for other models.

Visual clues are the individual round headlamps, a horizontal BMW radiator grille and a power dome on the long bonnet. The M Sport Package, now standard, adds extra-large air intakes at the front, powerful side skirts and a rear apron with vertical reflectors and a diffuser-like insert.

The BMW M240i xDrive Coupé features its own version of M-specific design elements, optimising cooling air supply and aerodynamic balance. These include high-gloss black inserts for the side air intakes, a black spoiler lip on the front apron, a model-specific rear spoiler and trapezoidal tailpipes on the rear apron. The exterior mirror caps are now finished in high-gloss black.

All models of the new BMW 2 Series Coupé come standard with 19-inch wheels. The BMW Individual range offers new 19-inch light-alloy wheels in Y-spoke design and Bicolour finish, paired with mixed tyres.

Interior updates focus on digitalisation, with the BMW Curved Display playing a central role. This fully digital display system comprises a 12,3-inch Information Display and a 14,9-inch Control Display, serving as a platform for the enhanced BMW iDrive with QuickSelect based on BMW Operating System 8.5.

The system allows touch or voice control of automatic air-conditioning functions and optional seat and steering wheel heating. The reduction in cockpit buttons and controls is accompanied by new control knobs on the central and side air vents for airflow adjustment.

The new BMW 2 Series Coupé comes standard with an M leather steering wheel featuring a flattened rim, modified spokes, and centre markings. Heated sports seats for the driver and front passenger are standard, with optional electrically operated adjustment, memory function, and lumbar support. Optional M sport seats offer bucket seat characteristics, adjustable backrest width, and integrated head restraints for optimal lateral support during dynamic driving.

The new BMW 2 Series Coupé simplifies linking the vehicle to the BMW ID and My BMW App and a standard personal eSIM uses 5G mobile phone technology, allowing the use of communication features without a smartphone. Apple CarPlay and Android Auto integration is also standard.
