Aston Martin has revealed the 2025 Vantage Roadster, a convertible that adds open-air exhilaration to its celebrated coupé sibling. Launched alongside the latest Vantage Coupe, the Roadster builds on Aston Martin’s legacy that has its roots tracing back to the first Vantage engine upgrade in 1950 and the V8 Vantage of 2005.

The Vantage Roadster is powered by Aston Martin’s 4,0-litre V8 twin-turbo engine, delivering 489 kW and 800 Nm of torque. Capable of sprinting from 0-100 km/h in just 3,5 seconds and reaching a top speed of 325 km/h, it offers the same performance as its coupe counterpart.

Aston Martin’s engineers ensured the Roadster was no afterthought; it was designed alongside the coupé, resulting in a convertible with zero compromises in structural rigidity or performance. The innovative Z-fold roof system, which can open or close in a mere 6,8 seconds at speeds of up to 50 km/h, is the fastest fully automatic roof in its class. This design also maintains the car’s sleek profile, with no bulky tonneau cover to disrupt its silhouette.

Underpinning the Roadster is an ultra-lightweight aluminium structure paired with advanced suspension and aerodynamic systems. Race-inspired double wishbones, adaptive dampers and bespoke Michelin Pilot Sport S 5 tyres ensure a driving experience defined by precision, balance and confidence.

Advanced traction and stability control systems further enhance safety and performance, allowing drivers to tailor their experience to the road or track and the lightweight construction results in just a 60 kg increase over the coupé.

Inside, the next-generation infotainment system, featuring a 10,25-inch touchscreen with intuitive controls, ensures drivers remain connected. For audiophiles, the optional Bowers & Wilkins sound system transforms the cabin into a concert hall on wheels.
