Modena, 9 January 2026 – Maserati presents the new Grecale Cristallo Special Edition, inspired by the essence of Monte Cristallo, one of the most iconic peaks in the Dolomites. A symbol of purity, Monte Cristallo was the conceptual matrix of the project: a place where matter and light meet with almost sculptural precision, creating an aesthetic defined by balance and elegance. From this inspiration comes a special edition conceived as a statement of ambition, craftsmanship, and a contemporary vision of Italian luxury.

At the heart of Grecale Cristallo’s identity is the new and exclusive Azzurro Aureo, a Fuoriserie colour certified by a dedicated badge on the fender. The name tells a chromatic journey that begins with Maserati blue and evolves toward an increasingly pure, cooler tone, gradually lightening to evoke the shimmer of snow and winter slopes. This blue base is enriched by a subtle yet pervasive golden mica, recalling the symbolic value of gold medals and interpreting the concepts of excellence, prestige, and victory in a refined key.

The exterior design is further enhanced by diamond-cut aluminium 21" CRIO design wheels

and by new front grille inserts painted in body color. Inside, the cabin reflects the same alpine inspiration through Premium Leather Ghiaccio, a light, elegant shade that amplifies the sense of brightness and purity, together with exclusive finishes and features designed to express an idea of modern, essential, and deeply Italian luxury. Completing the configuration is a package of Original Maserati Accessories, designed to enhance every detail. The set includes self-leveling logo hubcaps, branded valve caps, a customized courtesy light, and branded front floor mats—elements that underscore the care and refinement distinctive of the Trident. From today, the Grecale Cristallo special edition can be ordered on the Modena, Trofeo, and Folgore versions, retaining all of its distinctive content.

The presentation took place yesterday, coinciding with an extraordinary event held at the Modena manufacturing plant, the Brand’s historic headquarters on Viale Ciro Menotti. The site hosted stage number 32 of the Olympic Torch Relay during its journey through Italy. It was a moment of profound symbolic value, where tradition, people, and future vision converged in one of the most emblematic places in the history of the Trident. Specifically, the first ten Grecale Cristallo vehicles, in the Modena trim, were displayed on-site.
